Hardware system features

Cutting machine: Anthony cutting machine's main core parts are imported + unique processing technology can ensure the stability of the equipment in long-term use;

Laser coding: imported laser + unique processing technology can ensure the stability of the equipment in long-term use. Flexible coding configuration and special-shaped coding solutions make production simpler;

Cutting and edging connection: One-to-two glass is allocated to the edge grinding machine according to the edge grinding capacity, and the glass is optimized before edge grinding in combination with the current cutting or breaking layout to achieve optimized layout and output, ensuring edge grinding efficiency;

Edging and tempering connection: The vertical glass sorting machine has a large storage capacity, and a single lane can store multiple pieces of glass. It can be output by rack and sequence according to the customer's shelf requirements, reducing the number of racks after tempering, and quickly matching with hollow front glass sorting, which can not only ensure the quality and high loading rate of tempering, but also support the capacity requirements of tempering;

Hollow front vertical glass sorting: The tempered glass is transported to the vertical glass sorting machine. Through the hollow front vertical glass sorting machine and the tempered front vertical glass sorting machine, the continuous production and switching of the optimized package can be carried out, realizing the uninterrupted pairing operation of the hollow line by rack and sequence.

The production line dashboard displays the real-time status of the production line and actively reports production data to ERP;

The edge grinding diversion optimization algorithm can greatly reduce the opening and closing time of the edge grinding machine to improve efficiency;

The vertical sheet sorting before tempering can automatically optimize the scheduling according to the status of the production line, and improve the loading rate and production capacity of the tempering furnace while ensuring the quality of tempering;

The vertical sheet sorting after tempering can simultaneously pair multiple hollow lines in sequence, and dynamically schedule with the vertical sheet sorting before tempering;

According to the order priority, the sheet is produced, and the aluminum bar bending data of each line is automatically generated, and the continuity and timeliness of hollow line production are guaranteed.
