Product Introduction:

Basic functions: This production line consists of three main modules – loading station, cutting station, and splitting station – enabling simultaneous operation of loading, cutting, and splitting processes to improve overall production efficiency. The loading station features dual-side feeding capability with rail-guided movement. Glass is transferred to the cutting station via roller conveyors, precisely positioned by conveyor belts for cutting, and then transported to the splitting station. The splitting station is equipped with specialized assistance devices to make glass separation more efficient and labor-saving.
