The intelligent vertical racking system is used for automatic sorting and pairing of insulating glass. It consists of four parts: a vertical conveyor, a vertical inspection table, a mobile grid and a vertical conveyor. The glass is transported to the inspection table through the vertical conveyor. The system can quickly and accurately detect the size of the glass, and then put it into storage. After intelligent comparison, it is paired according to the rules.
