Intelligent Vertical Racking System
The Intelligent Vertical Racking System is designed for automated sorting and pairing of insulating glass units. Comprising four main components – vertical conveying station, vertical detection station, mobile racking, and vertical storage racks – the system transports glass to the detection station for rapid dimensional measurement and data collection. After storage, intelligent comparison and rule-based pairing enable automated retrieval.
