This system is designed for automated storage and sorting of glass before edging and tempering processes. When used prior to edging, it automatically sorts and temporarily stores cut and split glass according to edging dimensions, with each tier supporting multiple sheets and bidirectional throughput, effectively consolidating scattered glass pieces. When deployed before tempering, it serves as a buffer for glass awaiting tempering, working in coordination with arrangement equipment to significantly improve furnace loading efficiency.
