Intelligent Vertical Glass Sorting System
The system comprises horizontally-to-vertical flipping stations, vertical measuring stations, glass transfer shuttles, sorting storage units, and vertical-to-horizontal flipping stations arranged sequentially along the glass conveying direction. Through coordinated operation of these modules, it achieves full-process automation including glass orientation conversion, dimensional measurement, categorized storage, and on-demand retrieval. The system precisely measures glass dimensions via vertical detection stations, stores glass in corresponding grid racks according to set rules, and systematically dispatches glass for subsequent processing based on craft requirements.
