This project aims to establish an intelligent glass deep-processing production line integrating edging, cleaning, coating/hole drilling/silk-screen printing, tempering, and packaging. The system enables the combined operation of double-layer coating lines or hole drilling/silk-screen printing lines with tempering lines in dual or triple configurations, and incorporates pre-packaging cleaning, automatic stacking, and packaging equipment. The service scope covers entire line design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Hardware System Features
Rapid Loading Machine: Utilizes servo flipping and servo Y-axis travel technology to achieve fast response, precise positioning, and high-efficiency operation.
Glass Cleaning Equipment: Capable of high-speed cleaning with low noise operation, supporting 24-hour continuous production.
Robotic Stacking System: Automatically identifies glass grade signals to achieve automatic paper interleaving and stacking of qualified products, while sorting and rejecting defective ones, ensuring high yield rates.
Paper Interleaving Packaging Equipment: Works in coordination with the robotic system to automatically place interleaving paper between each glass sheet, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
Connected Conveying System: Integrates acceleration and separation, underpass bidirectional conveying, buffer storage, positioning and sequencing, glass flipping, and multi-line merging. Supports 24-hour continuous operation with coordinated line rhythm and high reliability.
Software System Features
The self-developed information collection core operates stably with built-in system self-protection mechanisms.
Supports multiple communication protocols, with customizable data points to optimize bandwidth usage.
Implements a dual-system hot backup database architecture to ensure automatic failover and production data integrity.
The central control system dynamically schedules resources based on production line load, monitors equipment status in real time, supports remote access, and pushes critical information to mobile terminals.
The data center and dashboard system digitize and visualize entire production process information, enabling transparent and clear production management.
