Hardware system features
Fast glass loading machine: servo flipping and servo Y-axis walking help the factory achieve the advantages of fast response speed, accurate film position, and high work efficiency;

Robot stacking system: According to the glass grade signal provided by the connection system: if it is detected as a qualified product, the robot grabs the glass and grabs the glass to the paper laying machine tray. The paper laying machine automatically lays paper on each piece of glass, and repeats this way. After the glass is full, the paper laying machine automatically sends the tray out; if it is a defective product, the robot grabs it to the third station, and the stacking system has a high finished product rate of glass stacking;
Packaging paper laying equipment: cooperate with the robot to stack the film, and the paper laying machine automatically isolates each piece of glass for paper laying, and has good operating stability;
Connection transmission equipment: 24-hour continuous working equipment such as accelerated separation, two-way transmission under the interchange, cache horizontal storage, positioning sorting transmission, glass flip transmission, two-in-one or three-in-one multi-line convergence transmission, automatic inspection transmission, etc., with reliable operation stability and high operation efficiency.
Software system features
The self-developed information collection kernel contains a specific self-protection function, which is stable and reliable for a long time; it supports multiple communication protocols, and customized collection items can save a lot of bandwidth. The database adopts dual-machine hot standby technology, which can automatically switch even in the event of a fault without losing production data. The central control system can automatically schedule according to the production line load, and monitor the equipment status in real time for remote access, and push important information to the mobile terminal in time for easy management. The data center and the kanban system can display all production information digitally, making production management transparent and clear.
